Phase 3: Move the Numbers (Months 3 to 6) Now we work the specific markers that affect how you feel, how you perform, and how long you stay that way. ApoB. Testosterone. Insulin. One at a time.
Phase 4: Make It Permanent (Month 7 and Beyond) This stops being a program and becomes your normal. The habits are built. The numbers are improving. This is how you age differently than most men.
THE FIRST THING I WANT YOU TO KNOW
Before we get into protocols and blood work, I want to share something I discovered about my own body.
I found out that if I eat in the afternoon or evening, my deep sleep collapses. Not a little. Dramatically.
Fifteen minutes of deep sleep on those nights. Some nights zero.
When I moved my eating to the morning and stopped by early afternoon, my deep sleep came back. Every single time.
I would never have known that without tracking it. Nobody told me. I had to measure it myself.
That is the whole point of this newsletter. Your body is telling you things. Most men are not listening because they are not measuring. We fix that.
